Staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities and pool area were clean. Even though we didn't use them, the games were a great addition.

This is a nice option for the Orlando area. Although it is a small, tightly packed campground, it is family-friendly, has lots of shade, and is convenient for the area amusement parks. Traffic in Orlando is brutal, though, and the campground doesn't have much space for walking dogs. We would stay here again if we came back to the area.

Excellent, large fully equipped, mature (with trees) campground, some extras for the kids with a great pool and surround. Staff was great as most KOAs

Great staff, clean and well maintained park, great location, clean restrooms, laundry room nice, small fitness room, great pool. Playground area with jump pad. Paved throughout. Would stay again. Only suggestion - add paper towels to laundry room for cleaning out dryer vents. Highly recommend.

This was our first trip in our RV Great place to stay. Close to all the main attractions. I would definitely stay there again.

Nice KOA. We liked it. Only two issues. We were parked under a live oak that was dropping brown stuff. It rained and it stuck to our tow vehicle and trailer. Thought it would stain my front end Paint Protective Film so got the truck to a car wash that day. Couldn’t do the same for the trailer but am waiting for a location that I can have it detailed. And pool/hot tub closed too early for us.

Place is a little confusing when you come late at check in. Been to other koa locations never felt pressure to register also front desk took the liberty of charging my card without my consent. Constant rush about checking in . On the day of check out I got charged 10.00 late fee . Not cool I didn’t feel appreciated I have a special needs daughter that takes extra time to get ready.sewer was back

Les sites pour tentes offrent aucune intimité et tous les autres campeurs ( et même les employés) marchent sur votre site pour se rendre aux toilettes. C’est tout de même un endroit acceptable pour dormir si vous visitez les attractions d’Orlando.

Stay would have been perfect except this was a work trip and the "Free WiFi" barely worked and did not stay connected long enough to actually do any work. When I asked if there was an issue I was told it was working perfectly. Not happy with their disregard to the issue.

The site we had was clean and very nice. It was level but it was not that far off. Just a small block we had it level. The next door neighbor decided he would close off our grey water valve causing a little discomfort but it was caught in time. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Campground is well laid out and clean and quiet. Staff very friendly and sites tidy. Mostly used it to sleep as we spent our days in Disney

We stayed in one of the cabins and it was a great experience. It was extremely clean and had everything we could have needed for our trip. My only suggestion would be to maybe put an AC unit in the bunk bed room or have a box fan in the cabin because that room stayed pretty hot even with the AC on. Overall though it was a great stay and we will definitely stay again for our next trip in October.

The cabins are beautiful, well stocked and clean! We had everything we needed. There are soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the cabins, along with dish detergent, K-cups, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and fridge. We did have to contact maintenance for an issue, and the staff was very nice and helpful. Maintenance arrived very quickly (even on Saturday), addressed the issue and immediately made sure we were satisfied. The pool area was clean and well maintained. The store had a lot of options in case you forgot something at home or wanted snacks. We saw staff riding around to check on everyone. The K-9 area was clean and well kept as well as the playground area for children. We will certainly be back to stay again.

We rented a deluxe cabin. It was very nice and clean. I love the fact that there is a pool, playground, and a dog playground. We loved it so much that we booked another stay in June.
